The following Terms & Conditions cover mainly eLearning courses, events and bespoke trainings, qualifications and online courses listed on UAE.Academycea.com. These terms can be changed anytime without notifying the users.
Account
You need an account to purchase and enroll in a course. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. This means you need to be careful with your password. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information that we need to prove you are the owner of that account. In the event of the death of a user, the account of that user will be closed.
Payments
You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment. UAE.Academycea.com works with third party payment processing partners and don't save any credit card information with us. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment, or a fraudulent method is used.
Pricing
The prices of courses on UAE.Academycea.com are based on various factors and may change from time to time. We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and certain courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). Any changes in Prices after you checkout due to announcement of new promotions will not be applicable for your purchase.
UAE VAT Tax laws are applicable and will be collected and remitted to relevant Tax authorities. However, if you are outside UAE you will be responsible to take care of any such Taxes applicable in your territory and price.
Credits and Refunds
Once the course is scheduled, no refunds or credits are applicable. However, in certain special cases management of Continuous Education Academy FZE can decide to refund, credit or reschedule on their own discretion with 15% will be deducted.
Cancellation Policy
Courses booked but not scheduled can be canceled on special approval from management of Continuous Education Academy FZE on their own discretion.
